Both of them are very close to our CMD Biplab Kumar Sinha and their mention that they will come again was an epic expressiveness on their part which made our organization proud.

Prof. Saugata Roy,
Parliamentarian and Academician.
He showered all his praises in this pandemic situation, the way 3 Steps has taken all the initiatives in shaping the career of the young generation into the Aviation industry. He championed our cause towards Aviation and in spite of all odds Mr. Biplab Kumar Sinha has surged ahead generating employment both within and outside 3 Steps.
He was equally impressed by the safety and security measures taken by us during this COVID-19 crisis.
Candidates became even more optimistic post his visit and each and every employee of Sinha Groups remain grateful for his gracious presence.

A prolific leader from the young Bengali Generation whose speeches are electrifying and to point had visited 3 Steps Aviation to enrich our students and share his life experiences. As a leader for the Youth of Bengal Mr. Debangshu is the person in the rise within the ranks of TMC.
