The prime reason being that the entire think tank of 3 Steps are coming from the Aviation back-ground. We are always ready to interact with our candidates and remain approachable.
As our name suggests we follow three basic principles. Once a candidate approaches us we have the following sequence:
- Screening of the candidate, to understand his profile and what’s best suited for him, followed by series of interactive sessions wherein the guardian/parents are allowed along with the candidate.
- This is followed by intensive class workshops and an Airport familiarization course.
- The last step is the job placement part after/within a period of three months as and when Airlines or other Aviation related company’s recruitment drive takes place.
So practically, no waste of time and resources takes place neither for the candidate nor for the academy.
We have the best trained and proven Faculty members from the actual world of Aviation who would be grooming the candidates with all necessary skills and giving them the confidence to tackle any situation with a humble smile. Faculty members and Screening instructors are further answerable to the management of 3 Steps.
We have an honest approach to our aspirants which is based on a transparent agreement where one can pay before as well after securing a job.
