WE in 3 Steps understand the process of placement, as to be recruited in this Aviation sector and aviation sub-sectors. Recruitment in the true sense is a third party process which refers to the process of attracting, selecting and onboarding a qualified and trained person. Giving the candidates the assistance to get recruited after they pursue our courses is another facet which has built a niche for 3 Steps.

Upon successful completion of the training, 3 Steps seeks to offer the candidates placement assistance which happens to the be the third and final stage based on an amicable contract. Our dedicated placement cell under the administrative department, will then come in line to offer the candidature of our students to the recruitment companies (as and when they conduct recruitment drives/campus interviews) through us.
